Graduating from Bernard Baruch College with a B.A. in Corporate Communications, Keri has honed her communication skills to better serve her clients. Coming from a blue-collar, hardworking family, she was taught the importance of helping others from a young age. Giving back to the community, participating in charitable events, and raising awareness for meaningful causes are important aspects of her life. Keri measures her success through charitable causes and caring for others. During her time at Baruch College, Keri was involved in ?Team Baruch,? a peer mentoring group for international students. She also participated in charitable events, such as raising money for Bellevue Hospital. As a continuous donor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, she has participated in NYC walkathons and spoken on Capitol Hill for the Veteran Parkinson population in honor of her late father. Similarly, Keri donates to the Breast Cancer Foundation in memory of her late mother and attends yearly walks to support the cause. Keri has supported troops through the Military on the Move Program (MOM) and is an active member of the Board of Elections for Queens County since 2007. Her involvement in the community and team environment keeps her grounded and fulfilled. Keri began her real estate career in the affordable housing industry, working in compliance and property management before becoming an Asset Manager for a governmental agency serving New York State. This experience provided her with extensive knowledge of real estate, working with tenants, property managers, developers, owners, tax-credit syndicators, underwriters, and lenders like Sonyma, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae. Her expertise spans single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and commercial properties. Since becoming licensed, Keri has excelled in the industry, becoming a top-producing realtor and earning yearly awards. She has guided first-time homeowners, worked with sellers, assisted clients with out-of-state relocations, handled estate listings, listed commercial properties, and rentals. Her expertise lies in conducting sell-to-buy transactions and helping investors build their portfolios. Keri founded The Cronin Team, dedicated to providing a personal touch in all real estate transactions.
