Tucked into a protected cove on North Bay, this offering includes two cottages with 200'of shoreline on Raquette Lake that you can drive to. The larger cottage "Hemlock" has two bedrooms and two baths, an eat in kitchen, dining room and mud room with laundry. The living room has a fireplace, and there is a beautiful screened porch overlooking the lake. The guest cottage nearby, "Juniper" is a studio with kitchen, bath with shower and large room for sleeping. The living room has a fireplace and there is heat. The screened porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying the lake. A single garage offers storage for equipment. It comes with a boat hoist and dock and some furnishings. The ground is a level walk out to the beach on the main cottage. Joining the North Point Association is optional, but there is a sand beach, a large dock and boat launch owned by the Association and used by the members.
