About Richard

Richard Neville has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry...both in Residential/Apartment and Commercial Development, Hotel Development and Retail Development projects. Born and raised in the Niagara County area and attended Niagara University. Richard started his career with HSBC Bank where he worked until 1986, working in the Realty Credit and SBA departments. He relocated to Washington D.C. in 1986 to join Kinder Care Inc., as their VP of Development until 1996. He then partnered with Site Development Inc., developing mixed use projects primarily in the Northeast and continued to be active in Real Development with Combined Properties, Colliers Inc., and the Aspen Group, where he was involved in over 4.5 million square feet of real estate development. In 2012 Richard relocated back to Western New York and joined Clove Group Inc., a Senior Apartment Developer, as their Senior VP of Development. He joined Coldwell Banker Integrity in 2016, as an Associate Broker. Specializing in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He is a wealth of knowledge! Richard has his Real Estate Broker's License in New York, Virginia, DC and Maryland.
