About Paul

I grew up in a family immersed in the Catskill Mountain real estate and construction world. As a kid and in the days before lockboxes, I would tag along with my father, the local building inspector and collect keys from realtors throughout the Catskills. I would then begrudgingly ride along while he inspected the houses. I didn't know then that it would spark a lifelong passion for real estate. At 16, I purchased my first house for a flip, marking the start of a successful career in property investment and development. I've sourced unlisted land, built and renovated many projects and have helped list, market and sell some of the finest parcels and properties in the region. My latest project was the transformation of the abandoned buildings along Rt 28 and Maverick Road into the thriving Hotel Dylan complex, breathing new life into the area. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or those looking for the perfect getaway, with my decades of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the Catskills, my goal is to offer clients a unique perspective and expertise to the area I love most.
