After a long career in radio broadcasting and marketing for record companies such as Virgin & Atlantic Records, I became a Realtor in 2000 and have not looked back since. Born and raised in Kingston, I left for nearly 25 years to move around the country only to realize that the Hudson Valley was the BEST place on earth to live and returned in the mid 1990’s. The lessons learned from time spent in the music business have proven to be invaluable when assisting my clients in their real estate needs. Buyers appreciate attention to details and commitment when helping them search for homes, and sellers benefit from my marketing skills which are so important, especially in today’s real estate market. I take my profession seriously; I am honored to be named the 2014 Realtor of the Year and currently serve as the 2015 President to the Ulster County Board of Realtors and was a graduate of the NYSAR 2012 Leadership Academy. I am very involved in my community serving as a Chairperson for the Kingston Land Trust which plays a vital role in the development of the Kingston Greenline (a network of old rail trails that run through our City). In addition I serve on the Kingston Zoning Board of Appeals, Kingston Uptown Business Association, Family of Woodstock, and Complete Streets Advisory Council. Working to build a strong community is very important to me. This is the level of commitment and determination that you can expect. I am a top producing agent who is always on the cutting edge with technology and finding new ways to insure my clients are being served in the best way possible. I even host a weekly radio program that covers the local real estate market.
