My experience includes over 30 years in real estate; 22 as a branch manager. I retired from management in January 2014. I am now focused on working exclusively with friends, family, business associates or people they recommended. My experience is entirely unique in the industry. As a “hands on” manager I was involved with literally thousands of transactions. My agents not only came to me for advice when encountering problems, but to simply get a second opinion on how something should be handled. People hire Brokers when they need to buy or sell. Richard was born and raised on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, attended St. John’s University School of Law, New York University Business School, Connecticut Real Estate Institute, and New York State Institute for Real Estate Studies.
