About Lara

As a REALTOR®, my goal is to provide world class service and warm hospitality. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, my intent is to exceed your expectations. Put my passion for real estate is to work for you. Prior to her real estate career, Lara worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Professional Associations Designations Lara is a Licensed REALTOR® since 2003 and has worked in both commercial and residential real estate, including CB Richard Ellis in New York City/Westchester and Hunter Realty in New York City. Lara is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and SmartMLS. Community Involvement Lara holds multiple fundraisers throughout the year, including her annual event, "Nicholas's Festival", a family fun day in support of Prader Willi Syndrome Association, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York - Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center. Lara also volunteered her time at St. Edwards Church's "Nazareth Program" for children in grades 1-6. Personal Interests Lara is the Founder of "The Nicholas Tersigni Memorial Foundation, Inc." Her son, Nicholas was only three years old when his life was tragically cut short on June 10, 2009. The "Nicholas Tersigni Memorial Foundation, Inc. was created in 2009 and is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 to carry on the legacy in Nicholas’ name as we spread awareness and search for a cure for Prader-Willi Syndrome by supporting organizations and hospitals that assist in this ongoing effort. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will also support Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York - Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center to benefit countless children with special needs in support of living a healthy life.
