About Bahman

From building houses to helping people find them, Bahman Soltani’s career has always been about creating homes and meaningful spaces. Bahman first studied civil engineering, but his lifelong love of movies led him to SUNY Purchase College, where he graduated with honors in film. While pursuing his studies, he worked as a carpenter—building decks, framing homes, and learning the craft of construction from the ground up. After college, with a young family to support, Bahman turned that skill into a thriving home-building business in Westchester. What began as a practical decision became a passion that lasted more than a decade. His deep understanding of how homes are designed and built gives his clients a unique perspective and confidence in every transaction. Later, Bahman returned to his creative side, producing films and teaching cinematography as an Assistant Professor at The City College of New York, where he taught undergraduate and graduate students in Camera I and Camera II courses focused on lighting and cinematography. He also opened two successful wine-and-chocolate lounges in New York City—ventures that deepened his appreciation for aesthetics, ambiance, and hospitality. Today, Bahman combines all those experiences—engineering precision, craftsmanship, creativity, and care—to help people find homes that truly fit their lives. He understands the excitement of buying a first house and the importance of moving on to the next chapter. For Bahman, real estate isn’t just about property—it’s about people, stories, and the feeling of coming home.
