Personal Background: I have lived on Long Island for more than 38 years. I moved to Suffolk County 31 years ago where I raised my family and juggled a demanding career in upper-management. I have been in the sales and service industry my whole life. I feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to develop my leadership, business, and personal skills which have allowed me to succeed in the real estate business. In my position as a Branch Manager, I believe Enthusiasm, intensity, Intelligence and an absolute commitment to offer development opportunities and strategies to both experienced and newly affiliated independent agents are the basis for everything I do. I place great emphasis on creating an environment that inspires and supports agents. As a non-competing manager, I understand that in order to truly provide value to my agents, my role has to be one of a coach and advocate than a manager. Helping agents achieve the goals they themselves set is my priority. Being available to help new agents through the process or to help the most experienced agents to get through a complex negotiation is very much most of my day and I encourage agents to call me into a deal when needed. Technology is now at the core of our business but in recognition of the fact that not everyone is as comfortable with it as others, I have 2 full time administrators whose responsibility it is to help the agents. We understand that the agents are at the center of our business and the more we can relieve them of the mundane chores, the more effective and productive they can be.
