About Nina

Moving to the United States in 1999 from Tbilisi,Georgia,where I was born and raised. It has taught me the true American Dream,and I have found my passion in Real Estate helping others achieve the same.After my studies in Dentistry at the Medical University in Georgia, I took time away in order to see what was beyond at that time former Soviet Union.Life was so different from what I was used to and my dream then began when I started full time courses at the Nassau Community College,then SUNY Farmingdale. While attending college I was a nanny which matched my caring and very patient ways,and I applied these skills to my Real Estate practice today.Since 1999 New York ,and especially Long Island felt like home right away. It is where I met my husband,marrying in 2008 and choosing to reside in Dix Hills since 2013. Our three amazing boys help me be an active part of the community,of which we love .I do my best to help through the PTA and other neighborhood outreach.Im also a big animal lover and cant imagine not having pets around me or my family.When we were looking for our new home,I totally fell in love with what Real Estate sales entailed,including meeting new people.I quickly realized that ,I as an immigrant,having had to work hard and keep focused,that Real estate would be the career for me.It also gave me an opportunity to be able to help clients who needed guidance with a sale or purchase. I was finally in a position to pay forward for all the times I had been shown kindness and compassion, even from complete strangers, to me when needed.I can say proudly, that I treat sales as a relationship business and most of my customers or clients become part of my life forever.
