About Moss

Paul “Moss” Crayton has been with Coldwell Banker for 11 years, combining formal real‑estate coursework at Baruch College with hands‑on investing experience across the Hudson Valley and Berkshires. He began his career investing in the Catskills and has since helped numerous clients buy and sell throughout Columbia and Greene counties. Moss co‑partners in property rehabs and rentals, recently acquired two buildings in Pittsfield, MA, and is steadily expanding his expertise and client base. A landlord and active investor, he enjoys the full spectrum of real estate work—especially locating properties with studios and workspaces for artists. An exhibiting visual artist and musician, Moss leverages a wide creative network to serve both creative and traditional clients.
