About Jason

Jason is the Principal Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker Advisor Realty. He began his career in the late 1990’s as a mortgage originator, earning his Real Estate Salesperson license in 2000 and becoming an Associate Broker in 2002. Jason joined Coldwell Banker in 2009 and assumed the role of Principal Broker/Owner in August 2022. Based out of the company’s Hudson office, he serves clients throughout the Hudson Valley and the Southern Capital Region. A lifelong resident of Columbia County, Jason brings deep local knowledge and an appreciation for the region’s rich history. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, he offers clients valuable market insight, financing expertise, and a practical, results-driven approach to buying and selling property. Jason has long been active in the real estate profession at both the local and state levels. He has held numerous leadership roles within the industry, including Past President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Realtors, Past President of the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors, and Past President of the Columbia-Greene Northern Dutchess MLS. In recognition of his contributions to the profession, he was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors. At the state level, Jason remains actively involved with the New York State Association of Realtors. He currently serves on several committees and is Chair of the Organizational and Planning Committee. He is also a past chair of both the Legal Action Committee and the MLS Issues and Policies Committee, and he has served for many years on the Professional Standards Committee at both the state and local levels. During Jason’s tenure at Coldwell Banker Advisor Realty, the company has been a member of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. Jason has also served two three-year terms on the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Chamber membership has deepened his community engagement, broadened his charitable activities, and expanded his volunteer reach throughout the county. Jason is a graduate of Columbia-Greene Community College and SUNY Plattsburgh. He and his wife, a longtime local nurse, have three adult sons. He is a member of the Federation of Polish Sportsmen and the Kinderhook Elks, and enjoys spending time in the Adirondacks. Jason’s experience, dedication, and extensive involvement in the real estate industry make him a trusted resource and strong advocate for both buyers and sellers.
