About Angela

Angela Somma was born in the Bronx and proudly calls the Hudson Valley home. Coming from a large, close-knit family, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Angela brings over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, having overseen operations for a senior living community with a strong focus on compliance, maintenance coordination, and resident satisfaction. She is highly knowledgeable in HUD REAC and NYS DHCR inspections, with a trained eye for identifying deficiencies and ensuring they are addressed properly. In addition to her property management background, Angela has managed motel operations and currently operates the Tin Barn in Clermont, a growing community event venue. Through these roles, she has developed strong skills in business operations, property oversight, marketing, and creating welcoming spaces that people enjoy. Angela is also co-owner of Somma Construction, LLC, where she manages the administrative side of the business, including paperwork, compliance, and organizational operations that help keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. With a lifelong passion for homes and real estate, Angela understands both the practical and personal side of property ownership.
