The propane fireplace was replaced with an electric fireplace but the infrastructure remains including an above ground propane tank, if you'd prefer to reimplement. A newer septic system and situated on a quiet dead-end street with easy access. Galway lake allows 3HP max electric motors and boats are restricted to 22 feet max length.
