About Milagros

My name is Milagros Cabrera, I am from Cayey, Puerto Rico. I began my real estate career in 1990 when I first bought my home while completing my Bachelor's Degree. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Communication and my Master's in Social Work. I retired from Law Enforcement when I decided to continue to pursue my career in Real Estate. I then went internationally in real estate. I obtained my parents property and bought two others in Puerto Rico where I do long term and short term rentals. I also own a Property Management company in Puerto Rico in addition to owning other investments. I have sold several properties in New York as well. I have excellent negotiating skills and have a great eye for investment properties. I enjoy building and constructing properties from its base and creating it into something beautiful. I am fluent in English and Spanish. i also do charity work. I began a fundraising walk on Long Island, New York in 2017, to raise funds for a neurological condition called Complex Regional Syndrome that I was diagnosed with back in 2015. This walk still exists and raises yearly $50,000. I have also done 39 1/2 miles , the Avon Cancer Walk to raise money for Cancer as I am a survivor. My niche is Real Estate, building businesses and rebuilding properties and businesses. I enjoy helping people sell or buy their homes
