After a successful 40-year career in IT as a Programmer/Analyst/Project manager and raising a family with 4 grown children I transitioned at the beginning of 2020 to Residential Real Estate. I am passionate about helping my clients through the home selling/buying process and strive to meet and exceed expectations. I work as a project manager overseeing: marketing properties, coordination of contracts, forms, disclosures, arrange inspections, final walk throughs, communicate with mortgage lenders and attorneys, negotiations, balancing offers and counter offers to achieve a meeting of the minds and proceed toward a successful sale or purchase.
