With over forty years in the real estate industry, being both a property owner and landlord. I possess hands-on experience in everything from, residential construction, renovations, home inspections, knowledge of finances, title issues, negotiating deals and understanding contracts and the legal risks involved. My career has been built on the foundation of helping others achieve financial freedom. By being a property owner I know first hand the value of building wealth through real estate and offer a unique perspective many agents don't have. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional I worked for a well respected real estate and bankruptcy law firm. While there I gained invaluable knowledge in both the business and legal side of a real estate transaction. In real estate, experience matters and I offer expert advice in all aspects of the buying and selling process. My goal has always been to educate, support and negotiate every transaction with honesty ensuring you feel confident and informed from start to close.
