About Garrett

Garrett Wilson is a full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Integrity Real Estate. He has lived in Western New York for over 20 years. Recently he moved out-of-state, but missed the area so much that he moved back after a year away. Sometimes you don’t appreciate what you have until you lose it. After returning to Buffalo, a passion to grow the community of Buffalo has been reignited. Garrett is the owner and lead photographer of the real estate photography company, Buffalo Best Real Estate, making him one of Buffalo’s premier seller’s agent. He knows how to market a home to bring the most attention to the home which results in higher home sales. Prior to entering real estate industry, Garrett managed an insurance claims division of a large risk management firm. Negotiating on behalf of his clients were a daily occurrence which turned him into a shrewd negotiated and astute client advocate. These skills have translated well to real estate. Garrett lives in the Amherst, NY area with his partner, Melissa, and their corgi, Arwen. They have an extensive board game collection, although he tends to lose to her the majority of the time.
