About Connor

Hello, my name is Connor Logal and I am a North Buffalo native. I am a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo, with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and Urban Planning. My goal is to use the skills I developed while in college to analyze and understand the real estate market, building structure and codes, and development expertise in order to afford clients the best opportunity to purchase, sell, or lease a property. Knowledge of the local area, the history of the municipality, and the demographics and statistics of the area all affect the price and opportunity of a property, which is where my expertise allows me to give clients all available options and to build a strong connection with clients.
