On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub as well as the kitchen/dining combo, living room and family room. Upstairs there is a central room off of which are 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. This is a wonderful home and there are some cosmetics and updates needed here and there of course but this is all reflected in the price and I highly recommend NOT passing this one up.
