As soon as you turn onto this road, you will relax. You'll smell "the country," fresh cut grass, fresh air. It will melt the tension in your shoulders. It is a slice of heaven. This place has everything you need to start enjoying the country. It is being sold with the contents except for personal items. The furniture, beds, tables, dishes—everything! Just bring your clothes! This property is located just about a mile from Rawson Rd. Tucked back in the woods. Very private. Very private. Another bonus is the location: close to state hunting land, snowmobile trails etc. There are just a few camps on this road, and everyone respects each other's property. This place could actually be lived in year-round! It has a septic and a well. If you are looking for serenity and like being alone, this is your home! The downstairs is open concept except for the bathroom. Upstairs are a couple of different rooms used for bedrooms. You can see by the pictures, it has a loft with cathedral ceilings. There is a screened in porch for the buggy nights. Places in the country are getting harder and harder to find!
