Come evening, you will marvel at Mother Nature's spectacular display of colors at sunset. When you get too warm go for a swim in the crystal clear river. Back inside the cottage, which is being sold completely furnished right down to dishes and cutlery, you will love the open living room and dining room. A wall of sliding doors maximize the shipping channel and sunset views. The kitchen is partially open to the dining room making entertaining a breeze. A bedroom, full bath and washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor and two bedrooms and an additional full bath are located on the second floor. This sweet cottage is in pristine condition inside and out. There is a nice gravel parking area that can accommodate 3 cars. The current owners are running a very active short term rental, so showings are going to be limited to Saturdays between 12:00 to 2:00.
