There is a nice open area as you enter the property where you will find two dilapidated campers and a storage container in reasonable condition. The seller does not intend to remove the trailers or the container as part of the sale. There is plenty of room to build a home, camp or bring in your own camper while you work on removing the campers. There is electric service on the property and the campers were previously tied into it. There is no water well or septic on site. The forest is a nice mix of hard maple, soft maple, red oak, hickory and black cherry along with beech, hemlock and other species.
