Monika has been immersed in the Real Estate business her entire life. Her whole family is in real estate, so it comes naturally. A New Yorker through and through, Monika grew up in Queens, currently lives in Brooklyn, went to school in the Bronx and works in Manhattan. The city has always been her playground, and she knows it well. Monika is a dual-career agent, also working in the architectural hardware field for the past 20 years doing sales and consultation as well as production. She developed a widespread client network and an excellent understanding of what it takes to create a home. Her experience fine-tuned her customer service skills giving her a keen read on client’s wishes. She believes in going above and beyond for the most meaningful results. She is passionate about homes – from the construction to the design, down to the accessories and will share her visions with enthusiasm. Refreshingly honest and committed, she will represent you fairly and ethically. In addition to homes, Monika’s passions also include cars, dogs and working with her hands. She is also fluent in German.
