About Michael

If you are looking to leverage two generations of real estate experience and financial brokerage then you should call Michael Perkins. He was born and raised in the Mill Basin/Sunset Park area in Brooklyn and graduated from Brooklyn College with a Business Degree in 2002. He worked with Sterling National Bank and Citibank as a Mortgage Banker for 15 years responsible for closing $200 million dollars in loans. In 2016, he decided to change his career to join the family real estate business teaming up with the Riso Family who have been in real estate industry serving clients for over 40 years. In 2018, they all moved to Coldwell Banker because of Coldwell Banker's International marketing brand and technology. Michael met his wife Jennifer Riso in 2013 while still a mortgage broker and decided to team up with her in the real estate business. They had their first child Matthew, in 2017 and now look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
