Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Reliable Real Estate, Karen held prominent positions at Compass, where she served as Vice President and led the firm's commercial division, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where she was a Managing Principal. She also worked for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services as a Senior Associate and founded the investment sales firm, Justdan Realty. Her early career also included a six-year stint at GVA Williams, where she was involved in acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management. Karen's commitment to the industry is reflected in her active involvement in professional organizations, including the New York chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network – NY (CREW NY), where she served as a two-time president. She has also chaired the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Commercial Management Council. For some time, she was also an active member of the New York Building Congress. Karen holds real estate licenses in New York and Connecticut and resides in Brooklyn with her husband and three children.
