Since relocating to New York City in 2019, Jarrod has gained significant expertise representing both buyers and sellers in the city’s highly competitive and complex real estate market. His in-depth knowledge of the local landscape, combined with his strong background in finance, enables him to skillfully guide clients through every step of the process — from property search and negotiation to closing. Jarrod’s background in financing a diverse range of deals — from single-family residences to large commercial properties — coupled with his personal experience as both a buyer and seller, allows him to relate to clients on a deeper level and anticipate challenges before they arise. By actively listening and taking the time to fully understand each client’s goals, Jarrod ensures they are presented with the best opportunities that align with their budget, preferences, and lifestyle. Prior to moving to New York City, Jarrod enjoyed a successful 16-year career in commercial banking. He became a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee in 2012, and his growing passion for real estate investment ultimately led him to focus exclusively on residential sales after relocating to New York. A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, Jarrod earned his undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University. He currently resides in Soho, where he enjoys all the things NYC has to offer while managing his investment properties in Tennessee and Florida.
