About Cathy "Xing Yi"

Viewed as a leader by her peers, Cathy displays a sense of warmth and welcome that makes her easily approachable. With the help of her friends, family and her three children, Cathy understands what it means to be motivating and hardworking. Additionally, her creative yet, busy mind will not stop her from accompanying you through your process to find a comfortable living environment. Raised in Brooklyn, New York for the majority of her life, she knows her way around the borough like the back of her hand. With this, you can say Cathy knows what's best for her clients. Not too long ago, she started to look for houses for her own family. This shows that she recognizes what it means to have a suitable home. Cathy graduated from Baruch College with a marketing degree. She worked as an accountant short term, but she mainly specializes in customer services, having worked in that program for over 10 years. From experience, she now believes that one must listen effectively to meet the needs of the buyer and seller.
