Originally from Guam and raised in California’s Bay Area, Rita relocated to Las Vegas in 2015 and has since built her career on trust, market knowledge, and genuine care for the families she serves. Her background as a hairstylist sharpened her skills in listening, creativity, and detail—qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction. While real estate is Rita’s professional calling and top priority, she also enjoys a creative side business: making handcrafted sweet treats for local celebrations. This passion project allows her to express artistry and share joy with her community, but it never takes away from her dedication to her real estate clients.
