Lori Bender brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to the Las Vegas market, following a distinguished 17-year career in New York City, where she specialized in luxury new development. She began her career at the renowned Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group under industry icon Louise Sunshine and went on to play a key role in the marketing and sales of some of Manhattan’s most iconic projects, including The Greenwich Lane and The Waldorf Astoria Residences. Over the course of her NYC career, Lori represented more than $4 billion in new development sellouts and worked closely with top-tier developers, agents, and high-profile clients who valued her discretion, professionalism, and strategic approach. Now based in Summerlin, Lori brings her NYC-caliber expertise to buyers, sellers, and investors across Las Vegas. Her deep understanding of pre-construction purchases — from evaluating floorplans to navigating contract structures and aligning decisions with long-term goals — makes her an invaluable resource for those exploring new development opportunities.
