Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions, including high-rise developments, master-planned communities, and large-scale mixed-use projects throughout the Western United States. At Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Brian plays a central role in Developer Services, aligning market intelligence, product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution to support developers, ownership, and brokerage leadership.
