Mark Peveler – Biography Mark Peveler was born in San Jose, California, in 1961 and raised in Hawaii. In the middle of his freshman year of high school, he returned to the mainland, attending school in Marin County, California. During his senior year, his family relocated, and he graduated from Highland High School in Bakersfield, California. Mark then pursued studies in Physical Education and Architecture at Bakersfield College before joining the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman in San Diego, California, and achieved the rank of 3rd Class Petty Officer. Following his military service, Mark worked as a nurse at the Las Vegas Medical Center. Shortly after, he and his girlfriend—now his wife—opened a restaurant, Knothead’s Expresswich Sandwich Shoppe , in Downtown Las Vegas. While running the business, Mark completed his education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. With his marketing degree, Mark launched a successful career in medical and equipment sales before recognizing the incredible opportunities within the growing Las Vegas real estate market. Drawing upon his strong sales background, he transitioned into real estate, where his research-driven approach and knowledge of Southern Nevada’s market fluctuations have helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals.
