Joel Lifschutz is the Branch Manager for the Green Valley Campus at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, with a career in real estate spanning back to 2012 and a proven record of guiding agents to success. Since stepping into branch leadership in September 2024, Joel has focused on coaching and mentoring agents to maximize production, strengthen follow-up skills, and build sustainable business plans, while helping them achieve clarity, momentum, and long-term results. Outside of work, Joel enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, camping, hiking, and spending time with his family and dogs.
