People who love the outdoors, water sports and resort-style living can rest assured, I have the place for them! My name is Jenn Taylor, and I am your Lake Las Vegas real estate expert with a proven track record of delivering a stellar customer experience. Even if it means night, weekends or holidays, I work hard to help achieve the best possible outcome for you. I continuously endeavor to provide you with a seamless experience from the initiation of contract negotiations until the time I hand you the keys to your new home. Jenn Taylor is here for you! Friends and family frequently tell me that I am the glue that keeps us all together. I have an incredible passion for helping others and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Even when a situation does not involve revenue or income, I still use my experience, knowledge and skill to assist people with issues they aren't able to overcome on their own. Part of my passion for helping others stems from my experience working in social services and non-profits. I have a BA in Interpersonal Communications and started my career in social services helping low-income families and preventing homelessness. My biggest accomplishment was developing and overseeing the first YouthBuild program in Orlando Florida. The program assisted at-risk youth in obtaining their high school diploma while teaching them residential construction. The end results being a 80% graduation rate, construction of 14 homes and over 50 rehabs for elderly low-income individuals and families. My ideal client is open and honest about their needs. They are willing to take the time for us to get to know each other before we start the process of purchasing or selling a home.
