Ania Blood is a real estate professional, entrepreneur, real estate investor, a wife, and an avid animal lover with strong Midwestern values, a track record of exceeding sales goals and strong propensity to just get things done . Ania was born in Poland and raised in Chicago. She graduated UNLV’s Hospitality Program and immediately launched her first career in the glitz and glamour of event planning detailing high-profile events nationwide. Her work portfolio has provided her the opportunity to work in DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and San Diego selling, assisting, planning and executing events for companies and organizations such as MTV, VH1, Pebble Beach, Lockheed Martin, Ferguson, the Library of Congress as well as White House Protocol. She has founded and operated The Sofie Estate as well as served multiple non-profits in the San Diego and Las Vegas areas focusing on animal rescue and rehabilitation. In more recent years, Ania has left the private events world and begun working in Nevada’s real estate market. Raised by a fiery, entrepreneur family of realtors and home builders (HGTV meets My Big Fat Greek Wedding) , she enjoys the exciting arena of real estate without the need to play referee to the bride and mother-in-law or lassoing delegates off the buffet lines. Ania’s tactful negotiating, creative troubleshooting skills and adapting to challenges on the fly have helped her navigate some of the most complicated real estate transactions.
