A rare opportunity in Gutierrez Canyon for the buyer looking for acreage, scale, and the chance to create something truly unique. Located just minutes from I-40 and approximately 10 minutes from the Tramway exit of ABQ, this roughly 4,000-square-foot home sits on approximately 30 acres and offers exceptional privacy with sweeping mountain views in every direction. The home was previously finished as a three-story residence and features high ceilings, an open floor plan, a dramatic stone fireplace, and a substantial footprint ready for its next chapter. The property is currently in unfinished condition and will require extensive renovation, but much of the structure and architectural character remain in place, giving the next owner a strong starting point for a custom mountain retreat, private estate, or full-time residence. This is a project, not a cosmetic fixer, but the combination of approximately 4,000 square feet, 30 acres, panoramic views, proximity to Albuquerque, and the ability to reimagine the home makes it a truly unique opportunity.
