About Molly

It is my joy and privilege to ensure my clients experience high-level personal service. My dedication to integrity, open communication and strong negotiation skills ensure my clients get to the closing table successfully. Previously in marketing and advertising, my professional background also includes staging homes for real estate. My inspiration for becoming a successful realtor and for pursuing my dreams, though, is from the life lessons I continue to learn from raising my four children. All of these various backgrounds converge into one powerful drive to become an integral part of helping you navigate your real estate goals and dreams. I am licensed in both California and New Mexico and enjoy both the unique beauty of the high desert mountains of New Mexico as well as the equally inspiring beautiful coastline of Laguna Beach. Having been raised in Albuquerque, graduating from St. Pius high school and from UNM, I am very familiar with the schools, neighborhoods and the charm and beauty of our culture and use this knowledge to benefit my clients. I have combined my love for New Mexico and the joy of connecting with new people, along with my love for homes and passion for home design, to serve others along with the rest of the amazing Coldwell Banker Legacy team. An avid trail runner, with extensive knowledge of the Sandia mountains trail system, I also fell in love with ocean swimming while living in California and enjoyed most early mornings with a sunrise ocean swim… absolutely stunning! And I love to share photos about this incredible experience! I enjoy being active every day, living life with a strong sense of adventure and connecting with others in meaningful ways.
