First, thank you for your consideration and taking the time to read my background and philosophy - In a nut shell, I was Born in Tucson, AZ, I moved to New Mexico as a young boy. I graduated from Highland High School went to UNM then I joined the US military - I served 10 years in the US military and am a first Gulf War Vet and well was with the first battle group to initiate operations in Bosnia – I have been working in the real estate business for almost 20 years - I started in the Title business and then moved over to the lending business as a mortgage loan office - I believe those experiences puts my knowledge above majority of agents and give me an edge to protect the integrity of the transaction as well my clients – I was honored to be given the award for the #1 real estate agent in the state of New Mexico by Coldwell Banker and I am hands on with each client - My philosophy is that a client is the most important person I meet because they are not dependent on me - I am dependent on them - they are not an outsider in my business - they are a part of it - I am not doing them a favor by serving them - they are doing me a favor by giving me the opportunity to do so – Thank you for your consideration -
