Hi I’m Chris, welcome to my website. I help homebuyers and sellers negotiate to get the best deal and price for their homes. As a New Mexico Native I have over a decade of experience working directly with folks in the local fitness community while building lasting relationships along the way. I earned Albuquerque Journal Readers Choice Award for “Best Personal Trainer” in 2022 and I'm Excited to help people in the Albuquerque community in real estate. I am a New Mexico licensed Realtor in the Albuquerque area. a member of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTOR® and the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®. When I am not working with people negotiating real estate I can be found fly fishing in beautiful Northern New Mexico (didn't say “catching”).
