About Zachary

Zach Lisella has been a licensed real estate sales professional since 2010. He started in the industry in 2006, working as an office administrator. He has a marketing background and holds a degree in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Zach is also an active part of the community. He is a member and current Recording Secretary of the Allendale Chamber of Commerce, previously serving on the executive board as Co-President, Vice President and Corresponding Secretary. He has also served as chairman of the Allendale Chamber of Commerce Festival Day and Car Show. Zach is a member and Past President of the Allendale/Saddle River Rotary Club. He served three consecutive terms as President, making him the longest serving one in club history. In 2017, Zach became the Head Advisor for the Northern Highlands Regional High School DECA Chapter in Allendale. DECA is a co-curricular club that prepares students emerging leaders for careers in business. A few of Zach's awards and accolades include the following: NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. This is an honor earned by realtors who have demonstrated excellence in their profession based on closed transactions and sales volume Fulfilled all of the necessary requirements and passed the state mandated exam to obtain his New Jersey Broker License in 2016 and New York Broker License in 2021 Earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation in 2020 Earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification in 2020 Coldwell Banker Realty President's Award Winner 2020.
