Awards And Designations During my career, I have been involved in close to 600 transactions, and as a member of both the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Association of Realtors have received the prestigious Circle of Excellence from 1984-2005 and 2008,and 2012. As a member of the Garden State and Middlesex Multiple listing services, I have also served for many years on the Professional Standard Committtee at the local real estate board. Besides these feats, I have also managed to be a member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club and Coldwell Banker's President's Club. Education and Training With over 35 years experience in real estate and over 38 years as an area resident, my knowledge of the area communities and schools is limitless. Licensed in 1978 and a broker since 1984, I am a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Economics.I have also taught the ethics course for realtors at the local board of realtors. Areas of Expertise As a specialist in Union, Middlesex and Somerset Counties, I will tell you if I am not comfortable showing or selling in towns I am not familiar with, but will refer you to someone who is in the know. Community Involvement Sometimes as an usher at my church, and frequently a member of Coldwell Banker's Mobile Meals program, I still find time to mentor new associates. Personal Background A native New Jersey boy, I grew up in Newark, graduated Newark public schools and later settled in Fanwood. My specialty is relocation, first time buyers, new homes and I am highly organized and focused on customer satisfaction.Follow thru is very important to me.
