About Carolyn

My commitment to my clients Originally from outside of Philadelphia, Carolyn Denier has lived in Westfield, NJ since 2011. She graduated from Lafayette College and spent five years at Goldman Sachs helping to raise equity for various real estate funds before embarking on a sales career with Prudential Douglas Elliman in New York City. Carolyn transferred her license to New Jersey and accepted a position with Coldwell Banker in 2016. Carolyn specializes in Westfield, Cranford, Scotch Plains, Garwood and Fanwood areas. Carolyn has an engaging personality and contagious enthusiasm that make her an effective and enjoyable broker. Equally compelling is her experience in the financial market that fuels her insight into real estate as a value-driven investment. Trust and dedication are the cement of Carolyn’s strong relationships with the buyers and sellers she represents. Carolyn is a member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She currently resides in Westfield, NJ with her husband and three young sons. While not hard at work, she volunteers her time at St Helen's Parish as a CCD Catechist. She also works closely with the Lafayette College Women's Field Hockey Team generating stewardship for the team. Carolyn's interests beyond real estate include paddle, golfing & Pilates.
