I'm Stephen Tinney, founder of The Stephen Tinney Group, and your dedicated partner in real estate. After more than 25 years in the healthcare field, I bought the same values of listening, compassion, and advocacy into real estate. Those principles continue to shape how I work with every client and every transaction. When I first started in real estate, I quickly saw how complicated the process could become when clients had to coordinate multiple professionals on their own. That experience led me to build a more connected approach, one that combines real estate, mortgage services, and a trusted network of experts under one name. Today, The Stephen Tinney Group offers and brings together specialist in title services, marketing, photography, home inspections, real estate law, mortgage lending, and home staging and decluttering support. You still work directly with me, but now you also have a full support team working behind the scenes to ensure every detail is handled with care.
