It's safe to say that Renee knows real estate like the back of her hand – she is the daughter of award-winning manager Patti Tahan, who gave birth to Renee shortly after showing a house! Growing up at Schlott Realtors, her mother's office in Clifton, Renee was a natural, answering phones and learning the ins and outs of the trade from a young age. When Coldwell Banker Realty acquired Schlott Realtors, Renee's real estate acumen was already well established, and she has gone on to build a thriving career driven by a deep understanding of marketing, accurate pricing, negotiation and customer care. Renee studied Business and Communications at Drexel University and William Paterson University and afterward began work at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she laid the foundation for running a successful business in a fast-paced environment. Renee moved on to a successful role at a title insurance company, working closely with real estate attorneys, brokers and financial service institutions. Having returned to her real estate roots, Renee remains a fervent advocate for helping people find the best fit for their needs, exceeding expectations along the way. An ardent supporter of her hometown of Wayne, Renee is a proud participant in the Coldwell Banker Realty Cares Foundation, her office's annual Thanksgiving food drive, annual coat drive and much more. As she puts it, "Giving back to the community that gave me so much is the least I can do. I love to help people." In her free time, when she's not chasing after her children, Renee is a passionate cook. Spending time in kitchen together with her friends and family is never something she takes for granted. In fact, she runs her kitchen much like she runs her business: "The kitchen is the heart of the home, and cooking for my friends and family comes from pure joy and love.
