_I have always found real estate and investment captivating, especially real estate in NJ. With more than a decade residing in New Jersey, I have visited different counties and their municipalities, with a good understanding of their land zoning. I pride myself on residing in a State known as The Garden State, based on its beautiful beaches, boardwalks, mountains, lakes, water falls, museums and historic areas. I have a background in finance with a degree in business administration, also a New Jersey commissioned Notary, with over two decades of customer service and sales experience; in addition, bilingual English/ Spanish. with a high degree of communication, negotiator and a commitment to getting results that meet or exceed expectations.
