PROFILE: For over thirty years, I have helped clients buy and sell property in the Watchung-Warren area. I offer my clients personalized and comprehensive support for every stage of the transaction, drawing upon my extensive knowledge of the local market and my deep connections to the Watchung-Warren community, which I leverage to my clients' advantage. EXPERIENCE: I have handled transactions in the following towns both as a seller's agent and buyers' agent: Watchung, Warren, Green Brook, Mendham, Short Hills, Tewksbury, Plainfield, North Plainfield, Chatham, Long Hill, Bridgewater, and Bernardsville. In 2022 I was the top producer of my office of 138 agents and ranked in the top 5% globally for all Coldwell Banker Realty agents. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: I have been an active volunteer in the Watchung-Warren community for the past 30 years. This experience has been personally rewarding, but also helps my clients connect with target markets; sellers are able to take advantage of my networks of potential buyers, while I am also able to help buyers connect with their new community. Here are some of the activities and initiatives that I have engaged in: I am a long-standing volunteer for the Watchung Historical Committee, where I co-founded the Texier House Historical Museum in 2012 and started the annual Watchung History Day. I am a sponsor and contributor for the Watchung Spring Picnic and the Watchung Harvest Festival. I have served as a member of the Watchung Open Space Committee, working to preserve the town's natural resources. Since 2008, I have served on the Watchung Hills Regional High School Hall of Fame committee, where I help build alumni engagement by recognizing former students' achievements and community service. At present, I am the founding Co-Chair of the Watchung Chamber of Commerce, where I have enjoyed the opportunity to connect local business leaders and entrepreneurs.
