I’m Gimena Cardenas-Arbelo, a New Jersey REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, helping buyers, sellers and investors throughout Warren, Watchung, Somerset County, Union County and surrounding Central New Jersey communities. Long before becoming a Realtor, I was a real estate investor. Buying and investing in properties taught me to look beyond how a home presents and understand its value, condition, potential and the numbers behind the investment. That real-world experience is something I bring to every client and every transaction. I’m also an educator by background, which has shaped the way I work with my clients. I believe you should understand not only what is happening throughout your transaction, but why. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions and provide the information you need to make confident, informed decisions. Advice, Not Sales Pressure My goal is never simply to make a deal happen. My job is to help you make the right real estate decision for you. If I see something that concerns me, I’ll tell you. If I believe a property deserves a second look, I’ll explain why. And when you’re selling, I’ll give you a realistic strategy for pricing and positioning your home, evaluating offers, negotiating effectively and getting successfully to the closing table.
