I’m Gimena Cardenas-Arbelo, a New Jersey REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Warren, Watchung, Somerset County, Union County and surrounding Central New Jersey communities. Long before becoming a Realtor, I was a real estate investor, and that experience taught me to look beyond how a home presents and understand its value, condition, potential and the numbers behind the investment. My approach is simple: Advice not sales Pressure. I take the time to explain the process, point out concerns and opportunities, answer questions honestly and give my clients the information they need to make confident, informed decisions. My background as an educator has also shaped the way I work, I believe my clients should understand not only what is happening throughout their transaction, but why.
