Main level consists of screened porch, livingroom with working fireplace (split heat/ac unit is also on main level) and bedroom, spiral staircase to the lower level with an eat in kitchen and full bath with tub. Lake Wallkill Community offers a host of activities in the summer which include a swim team, lifeguards, arts n crafts, Regatta celebration, community BBQs, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds and beach. Mandatory dues include use, maintenance and snow removal of common grounds, lake maintenance as well as garbage pick up. Truly an oasis for all ages. Golf Carts are permitted with documentation.
