About David

A little background about myself: I was born and raised in Bordentown NJ, right across the street from the location of my present real estate office. I started my family with my wife Jeanette and had two wonderful children; Gina & David. Later, I moved to the neighboring town of Chesterfield. I received my sales associates license in 1995 and became a full time Realtor. In 1997 I joined the Coldwell Banker organization, in 1999 I had surpassed the requirements necessary to receive my Broker/Sales Associates license. In 2014 I became the Broker/Owner of the Coldwell Banker Schiavone & Associates office in Bordentown NJ. Since that time, our office has grown to over 30 agents with the expertise of the local market.
