About Peter

Now a real estate agent with nearly 17 years experience, Peter Loeser became a Realtor ® after a career in the New York fashion industry as a Senior Sales Executive for some of the world's largest retail companies. Peter translated that skillset to helping hundreds of families with real estate as buyers and sellers. Peter's experience in Essex, Somerset and Union counties provides him with a unique insight into the various aspects of our markets and give him first-hand knowledge about what properties work for investors and their investments. Peter's expertise with local Multiple Listing Services is bar none and, along with market research and discovery, allows him to seek outstanding opportunities for our clients. Raised in Montclair, Peter lives in Basking Ridge. Prior to Basking Ridge, Peter and his wife raised their children in South Orange and Maplewood. Now grown, his daughter is a registered ICU nurse in New Jersey and his son is living his dream as a pro ski-patrol in Washington State. For the past 10 years, Peter has served in leadership for Lions Club and been a major volunteer for local organizations. Peter is designated by the National Association of Realtors ® as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP ® ), and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR ® ). Peter is a licensed and practicing Property Manager.
